A common kVA rating does not make units interchangeable
Provide the primary and secondary voltages for each rating group. Where project phases use different electrical or mechanical requirements, separate those groups in the request.
- Identify phase, frequency, winding arrangement, taps, impedance requirements, and the controlling specification.
- State radial or loop-feed requirements and the required connection and switching arrangement.
- List dimensions, enclosure requirements, accessories, applicable standards, and origin restrictions from the project specification.
- Separate firm quantities, optional quantities, required delivery phases, and approved substitutions.
Plan the first delivery and the full project separately
A total quantity alone can hide the project deadline. Give the first required delivery, the quantity needed in each phase, the destination state, and the final release date. Confirm proposed availability and delivery terms in writing before relying on them.
| Order group | Provide separately |
|---|---|
| Initial release | Rating, quantity, voltages, destination, and first required date |
| Later releases | Quantity and required date for each phase; state whether specifications change |
| Optional units / spares | Separate optional quantities from the committed project requirement |
Have a canceled-project padmount lot to sell?
Submit the lot quantity, ratings by group, nameplate information, represented condition, availability date, and your authority to offer it. Keep different specifications separate so the lot can be matched to an actual requirement.
Common questions
Written quotes and supporting records control unit-specific ratings, availability, condition, price, and delivery.
Are all five kVA ratings in stock?
This page organizes sourcing requests. It does not claim stock at any rating or quantity. J&J reconfirms specific units, documents, condition, and availability before presenting a proposal.
Can I request different kVA ratings in one RFQ?
Yes. Enter a quantity against each required rating in the worksheet. It carries the rating mix and total unit count into the RFQ. Explain different voltages or delivery dates by group in the project notes.
Can the order be delivered in phases?
State the quantities and dates needed for each phase. J&J can review that requested structure with potential supply; a phased delivery commitment exists only when confirmed in the written commercial terms.
