How should technical website content be used?

Use it to prepare questions and RFQs. Do not use it as final engineering, safety, operating, code, environmental, tax, legal, financial or regulatory advice. Standards and rules change; the responsible professionals must confirm current requirements and project suitability.

Does a website listing reserve or guarantee equipment?

Availability is subject to prior sale, technical review, and written confirmation by J&J Transformers LLC.

A unit remains subject to seller authority, prior sale, withdrawal, technical review, condition, inspection, documents, commercial agreement and payment. A sourcing range is not inventory.

What responsibility does a submitter have?

The submitter represents that form information and any later documents are accurate to the best of their knowledge, lawfully shared, relevant, free of malicious code, and not restricted by another party. Sellers must state their owner, representative, or broker role and authority truthfully.

When does a binding transaction exist?

Only when authorized parties execute or accept the applicable written agreement under its stated terms. A form submission, email acknowledgement, discussion, website listing or draft quote does not create a purchase, sale, reservation, representation, exclusivity, delivery or commission obligation.

How are OEM and third-party names handled?

OEM, model and standard names identify equipment or requirements and do not imply endorsement, authorization or affiliation unless expressly documented. Third-party links and information remain subject to their own terms and accuracy.

What activity is prohibited?

Do not submit malware, probe or disrupt the site, impersonate another party, scrape private data, send unauthorized confidential information, misuse contact details, send spam, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Can content and these terms change?

Yes. Inventory status, technical guidance, routes and these terms may change. Substantive changes receive an updated date; executed transaction agreements are changed only under their own terms.
