No. Compare the complete delivered or agreed Incoterm scope, route constraints, offloading, oil and accessory shipment, taxes/tariffs, and site responsibilities.

Identity, ownership authority, nameplate, drawings, tests, operating and maintenance history, condition assessment, storage/preservation, missing scope, inspection access, and warranty provider.
Does a standards reference prove certification?
No. Applicability and conformity evidence must be tied to the exact unit and purchase specification.

How should schedule claims be evaluated?
