The written quotation confirms the manufacturer, model, specification, included scope and delivery schedule.
What is the Eaton–Ryan factory relationship?
Eaton announced a 49% investment in Jiangsu Ryan Electrical in April 2023. For the Jiangsu transformer supply route, the quoted manufacturing entity is Eaton Transformer (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. J&J is your independent equipment supplier; the Eaton name identifies the requested equipment and manufacturer, not ownership of J&J.
Can you quote transformers up to 10 MVA / 10,000 kVA?
Yes. J&J accepts pad-mounted and dry-type transformer requirements up to 10 MVA / 10,000 kVA, including 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 5000, 7500 and 10000 kVA. These are new-build quotation sizes, not a claim of stocked units at every rating. Voltage ratio, design, quantity and factory allocation are confirmed for each order.
Does the 9–11 week delivery target cover all OEM equipment?
Yes. The 9–11 week total delivery window includes manufacturing, testing and shipping to your site for all listed OEM equipment: transformers 10 MVA and under, switchgear, switchboards, circuit breakers, busway, substation packages and UPS systems. The target starts after PO, approved drawings and the agreed commercial production release. Freight, import clearance and applicable import duties are included; the firm site arrival date is confirmed in the written quotation.
Are switchgear, breakers, busway, substations and UPS included in the same delivery programme?
Yes. All of these equipment categories are included in the 9–11 week total delivery window to your site, with freight, import clearance and applicable import duties included in the confirmed quotation. Send the complete lineup, ratings, controls, quantities, busway route, UPS runtime and battery scope, and substation arrangement. The factory confirms the full package and delivery date before the order is accepted.
Is DDP delivery included in the OEM equipment price?
Yes, when specified in J&J’s confirmed DDP quotation. The delivered price includes the agreed freight, import clearance and applicable import duties to the named destination. Unloading, crane work, installation, field testing and commissioning are separate unless the quotation expressly includes them.
Can J&J supply 4000A switchboards, breakers and 800A busway?
Yes. J&J can quote 4,000A board and main/tie breaker requirements, control equipment and 800A distribution busway. Send the single-line diagram, fault rating, protection requirements, conductor and neutral/ground arrangement, route lengths, fittings and quantities so the equipment can be quoted as a coordinated package.
Does every product come from the Eaton Jiangsu transformer factory?
No. The Jiangsu route covers specified transformer and factory package requirements. Eaton switchgear, circuit breakers, busway and UPS are separate product families and may have different manufacturers or production facilities. Your quotation identifies each manufacturing entity and model.
Are all Eaton OEM products UL listed or certified to the same standards?
Certification and listing depend on the exact product, model and configuration. Request the required UL/cUL listing and supporting records, or the applicable IEEE, ANSI, IEC, CE and efficiency requirements, with your specification. J&J confirms the compliance evidence before the order is released.
Is this new-build offer separate from J&J’s current inventory?
