Can a never-energized transformer from a canceled renewable project be reused?
Potentially. Specify the incoming utility or plant-bus voltage, the required output bus, continuous MVA and normal/contingency arrangement. Generation or collector duty does not itself approve a candidate for supplying a project load in step-down operation.
