What information does this website collect?
The site may collect names, company, role, email, phone, equipment ratings, site or equipment location, schedule, free-text and document-availability notes, source page, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, plus IP, device, security, consent-choice, and basic analytics data. Public file upload is disabled. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
How is information used?
Information is used to review buyer and seller inquiries, match equipment requirements, communicate, prepare or evaluate quotes, manage records, prevent abuse, improve the site, measure consented non-PII conversion events, satisfy legal obligations, and protect transactions.
When do Google Analytics and Microsoft UET load?
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Advertising UET remain off unless a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” If allowed, they measure page views and non-sensitive actions such as specification views, toolkit downloads, RFQ starts, submissions, and call or email clicks; names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies, free text, filenames, serials, and RFQ references are not sent as analytics event values. A visitor can decline without losing access and can reopen Analytics choices in the footer.
When can information be shared?
Information may be shared with service providers that host or operate the site and, when needed for the requested transaction, with equipment owners, manufacturers, technical/logistics providers or counterparties under appropriate business controls. J&J may disclose information when legally required or to prevent fraud/security harm.
How are follow-up documents handled?
Public file upload is disabled. If J&J asks for follow-up documents, limit them to authorized, relevant technical material and use the RFQ reference. Do not send passwords, banking data, identity documents, export-controlled data, customer security plans, personal health data, or unrelated confidential material; request an approved controlled transfer method when needed.
How long is inquiry information retained?
Information is retained for the period reasonably necessary to evaluate and manage the inquiry, maintain business and legal records, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes, then deleted or de-identified according to applicable obligations and operational needs. A fixed public retention period is not promised until a formal records schedule is approved.
How can a person request access, correction or deletion?
Email tommy@jjtransformers.com with enough information to identify the request. J&J may verify identity/authority and may retain information required for legal, security, transaction or recordkeeping purposes.
How are policy changes handled?
The modified date changes only for substantive policy updates. Continued site use after publication is subject to the updated policy; transaction-specific agreements may contain additional privacy/confidentiality terms.
