Start with the project's equipment schedule. An individual transformer offer includes only its stated accessories; a complete substation request needs a separate written package scope. Tell J&J which parts you need and who will handle site engineering, construction, installation and commissioning.

A generator step-up substation connects generation to a higher-voltage system. J&J publishes GSU and collector transformer offers for project review. Send the generator or collector-bus voltage, grid voltage, MVA, quantity and required date; confirm the transformer, breaker, protection and control boundaries in the quotation.
For a 230 kV substation requirement, start with the available transformer records and specify the required low-side voltage, MVA, winding connections and utility acceptance criteria. J&J publishes new and rebuilt 230 kV transformer opportunities; those individual offers do not establish a ready-to-install complete substation.
