Build the delivery and document review around the proposed unit
A 345/34.5 kV voltage match is the beginning of procurement. Give J&J the controlling project specification and the owner's required document list so gaps can be identified before a commercial commitment.
- Identify the required continuous and cooling-stage MVA ratings and the specified tertiary duty.
- List the required drawings, nameplates, test reports, inspection access, and acceptance hold points.
- Separate equipment availability from transport readiness, site receiving readiness, and energization.
- Confirm included accessories, assembly responsibilities, freight terms, and any origin restrictions in the written proposal.
