Vacuum breakers, complete devices and replacement compatibility
A vacuum interrupter, a complete vacuum circuit breaker and a breaker fitted to a specific switchgear cell are different supply scopes. Identify which item is required. A similar current rating or physical appearance does not establish that a replacement fits the installed cubicle or protection arrangement.
Order project quantities and spare sets by delivery phase
List operating devices and spares separately by model, ratings and controls. For several lineups, keep common designs visible and identify any different relay, control-power or cubicle requirement. J&J can review the device schedule alongside transformers and the rest of the distribution package.
Nine-week OEM delivery target and fast-release inventory
J&J targets nine weeks for qualifying new OEM equipment, including pad-mounted and dry-type transformers from 500 to 10,000 kVA, switchgear and breakers. The target includes manufacturing, agreed factory testing and shipping to the quoted destination after PO, approved drawings and production release. The factory confirms the configuration, quantity, production slot and site-arrival date in the written quotation. Large high-voltage power transformers have a separate unit-specific release and delivery schedule.

Can I buy replacement breakers for existing switchgear?
J&J accepts replacement requests. Provide the installed breaker and cubicle identification, drawings, ratings and photographs so model-specific compatibility can be reviewed before an offer is accepted.
Can I request bulk circuit breakers and spare sets?
Yes. Group devices by identical model, ratings and controls, then identify operating and spare quantities for each phase. Send the related lineup schedule if the breakers are part of a larger package.
Are medium-voltage and low-voltage circuit breakers interchangeable?
No. They are selected for different electrical systems and installed interfaces. Confirm the exact voltage class, duty, construction and model-specific compatibility for the equipment being supplied.
Is a nine-week breaker delivery target available?
Ask about the nine-week target for qualifying new OEM equipment. Exact model, quantity, factory allocation, tests and destination must be confirmed. Legacy, retrofit and special devices have their own quoted availability.
