What electrical equipment belongs in a behind-the-meter plant?
The package may include prime movers, electrical generators, generator breakers, GSUs, unit auxiliary and startup transformers, MV/LV switchgear, protection, grounding, paralleling and microgrid controls, black-start sources, SCADA, metering, plant distribution, and campus interconnection. Every battery limit should be explicit.
What fuel and emissions data is needed before equipment selection?
Provide fuel type, composition, pressure, temperature, volume, curtailment/backup plan, pipeline or storage status, site jurisdiction, intended emergency or non-emergency duty, annual hours, load profile, permit limits, and required emissions controls. Equipment availability is irrelevant if the package cannot support the permit or fuel basis.

A ready-to-ship label is not a ready-to-operate plant.
